The cost for pressure washing a residential driveway is $80 per hour.
The price takes into account the variable costs of materials and equipment as well as associated employee wages, which vary depending on an individual's experience, skill set and certifications held. Additional charges like the driveway depth (the more depth needed, the longer it will take to complete), and any requested access points for people with disabilities will, also, need to be considered in the order to ensure that we provide a competitive rate give your region.

Pavers are traditionally made of cement, sand, aggregate and straw. Over time, if not properly maintained they can develop stains, mildew or algae growth. The best way to care for your pavers is to pressure wash them with a professional equipment.
Every job site is unique so it’s important that before you start the work that you have all the right tools on hand – just because you didn’t find something doesn’t mean it’s not important…
A pressure washer isn’t any old garden hose nozzle attached to your faucet – it needs very high water pressure to spray away dirt and grime off brick paving stones or concrete patios easily without damaging them or removing mortar between bricks.

It’s important to use a pressure washer that is under 3000 psi when pressure washing vinyl siding. This will ensure that your vinyl siding won’t melt from the high heat.
Use a low soap and hot water mix, you don’t want it too hot or you’ll risk melting your siding! Make sure to rinse out the detergent so it doesn’t run down and cause erosion. To prevent erosion of the siding, occasionally clean your wall by spraying on one coat of light soap and water solution with light back-and-forth strokes using an extension pole placed at arms length mounted with a soft cloth sprayer. Rinse after 10 minutes then apply another coat if dirty patches remain – repeat as necessary until all stains are removed.

It is difficult to determine what pressure washing prices will be until you know what type of equipment will be used and what type of surface will be cleaned. For the sake of answering this question, let’s assume that we’re just talking about cleaning a walkway or driveway paved in concrete or asphalt pavement. The cost varies depending on the size and shape and condition of your driveway; worse conditions require more time spent with chemicals, water, scrubbing etc.

Second, ask for some customer testimonials or referrals. This will help you to get a sense of what other people have experienced with the company.
Third, inquire about their licensing and insurance status. This is important in case any damage occurs during the cleaning process.
